Small items are delivered by DPD. You'll get your tracking details by email as soon as DPD collect your order, and you can also track it at tracking.electrocity.ie.
For large items delivered outside Carlow, Kilkenny and Waterford, the courier will email you your tracking details as soon as they collect your order. On the morning of delivery they'll text you a time window, so please make sure we have an Irish mobile number for you.
Large items in these areas go out on our own vans on set days. You can see which days we visit your area on our Local Delivery Schedule. Our driver will text you on the morning of delivery with a time window.
Tracking links show "not found" until the courier scans your parcel for the first time, so give it a few hours after you get the email. If you still can't see an update, get in touch with us on live chat, by phone on 059 918 8069 or by email at help@electrocity.ie and we'll check it for you.
