If you're getting in touch with us about a fault, please include your product's serial number. It helps us log the issue and get it sorted faster. The serial number is usually on the product itself. For example, on washing machines and fridge freezers it's usually on the inside of the door.

If you can't find it, your product manual will show you where it is on the appliance. A photo of the label is perfect.

Look for a sticker with some product information on it. The serial number usually comes after something like S/N or Serial No.
