How do I return a faulty product?

First off, if the manufacturer has confirmed your fault and you are within your warranty period, you should contact us on live chat, by phone on 059 918 8069 or by email at help@electrocity.ie. We’ll be able to get your return set up.

⚠️ Any faulty products returned before contacting us will not be processed.

You can drop off smaller items at one of our stores or at one of the hundreds of DPD Pickup Points across the country.

For larger items you can also drop them back to any of our stores, or we can come and collect it from you.
