My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re really sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged. Send a photo of the damage to our team at help@electrocity.ie and include your order number in the subject line. Once you have sent this to us, you can wait for a response or get in touch with our team on 059 918 8069 so that we can look into it for you.
