The Nitty Gritty

1. Eligible Competitors: We'll match current prices from PowerCity, DID, Currys.ie, Expert Electrical, Harvey Norman, or any Euronics Store in Ireland only. Prices must be from their physical Irish stores or official websites.
2. Identical Products: The competitor's item must be brand new, identical to ours (same model number, specifications, and warranty), and offered on the same terms.
3. Stock Availability: Both we and the competitor must have the item in stock and available for delivery within 7 days.
4. Verification Process: Customers must provide verifiable evidence of the competitor's current price (screenshot, website link, or printed advertisement). We reserve the right to contact the competitor to verify the offer.
5. Price Match Limitations: We'll match the price of an item only; not delivery charges, installation, disposal fees, or other services.
6. Discount Exclusions: Competitor prices with discount codes, membership programs, loyalty rewards, bulk/trade/educational discounts, or clearance sales cannot be price matched.
7. Other Offers: Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
8. Marketplace Exclusions: Offers from third-party marketplace sellers are not eligible for price matching.
9. Request Procedure: To request a price match, contact our customer service team before purchase with proof of the competitor's offer.
10. Discretion: We reserve the right to decline price matches for limited quantity offers, flash sales, or pricing errors. All price match decisions are subject to approval.
