All installations are like-for-like We can only install appliances where the connections already exist in the same location. We cannot move water or electrical connections to new positions, or create new circuits.
Special case: New oven/hob installations If you're installing an oven or hob in a location that doesn't already have a fused spur (cooker outlet point), you'll need our Fused Spur Installation add-on. Learn more about fused spurs.
On-site assessment required All installations are subject to an on-site assessment before work begins. If our installer determines the installation cannot be safely completed, they will not proceed.
